A Margaret River winery has claimed the coveted title of the regional restaurant of the year.
For the second year running Wills Domain has swept through the regional dining category in the West Good Food Guides.
Held at the State Theatre in Northbridge, revered food critic Rob Broadfield announced the winners of the 2015 West Australian Good Food Guide.
Taking out the regional restaurant of the year again, Wills Domain Winery restaurant managing director Darren Haunold said that the dining establishment strived to provide a unique experience for their customers and they were thrilled with the acknowledgement of their hardwork.
“The standard of restaurants in Margaret River is so high and it is a credit to not only our staff but the regions efforts in providing world class hospitality to the regions visitors,” he said.
“Our kitchen and front of house team led by Head Chef Seth James and Paul Mitchell has achieved a lot in such a short amount of time,
“However we remain focused, motivated, vigilant and excited for what we are aiming to achieve in the next 12 months under their leadership,
“We are proud to represent the heights of the food industry in WA and congratulate the winners of this years Good Food Guide.”
