Margaret River Hospitality Group Executive Chef Tony Howell has been recruited to star in a new lifestyle television show produced in WA. The first episode of Fresh TV aired last weekend with Mr Howell receiving accolades for his easygoing delivery.
“Tony is an amazing talent and works exceptionally well for television,” said executive producer James Hayward.
“His friendly persona make him a natural choice. He’s also highly regarded in his field and brings an air of credibility to the program.”
Joining Howell on the program are actor Myles Pollard, reporter Jasmine Homer, Salt & Co cooking school owner Reanne D’Castro and The West Australian’s Rob Broadfield. Despite his already busy schedule Howell said he leapt at the chance to take part in the show.
“I’ve always enjoyed chatting to people and presenting – whether it’s an intimate cooking class, media interviews or on the stage at Margaret River Gourmet Escape,” says Howell.
“I jumped at the chance to be a part of a series that focuses on WA produce and stories.”
Fresh TV airs on Channel 7/GWN on Satudays at 5.30pm.
