A textile and audio installation by local artist Britta Sorensen will take over an empty shop on the Margaret River main street for just one week, featuring stunning works created during Margaret River Region Open Studios 2019.
Five large scale, colourful pieces were created with the participation and contributions of several hundred visitors.
"Conversations with colours aims to slow down and magnify the experience of art by inviting the viewer into a deeper dialogue with one particular colour at a time, exploring what influence this has on us," Sorensen said.
"It is an attempt to step away from stimulation-overwhelm, heighten our sensitivity and move our focus from breadth to depth of experience."
Sorensen, who works exclusively with used and discarded materials, will be in attendance during opening hours to chat with visitors about the impressive display.
Opening hours:
Friday July 19 4-6pm
Sat July 20 - Sun July 28 10am-4pm
